Colebrooke Park offers Businesses a unique setting with up to the minute Conference Facilities in Northern Ireland. Set in 1,000 acres of private grounds in County Fermanagh, we are centrally located only a short drive from the main airports and easily accessed by excellent motorway.
More and more companies and organisations are recognising the benefit of getting away from their daily working environment for business conferences, planning meetings, ‘away days’ and corporate team building exercises. At Colebrooke you can rest assured that your conference will be well organised, scheduled to suit your specific business and meeting needs, with a program of team building activities and the option of an overnight stay. Lord and Lady Brookeborough will supervise all aspects of your stay to ensure you simply need to arrive, ready to work and then relax.
Our Conference Suite which is situated within the main building, but at the rear of the house where privacy and lack of disturbance can be assured, can accommodate up to 70 delegates and provides all necessary facilities for business users including overhead projector and screen, television and video, phone, fax and email lines.
Quick Guide
- Boardroom/Conference Room: Tables are laid out in a ‘U’ shaped formation with a capacity of about 24. The tables and chairs are easily rearranged and capacity can then be increased up to about 70 in ‘theatre’ style.
- Visual Aids: There are rail mounted screens, flip charts and dry boards. Other visual aids such as LCD compatible OHP’s are available.
- Syndicate Rooms: our Conference Suite includes three syndicate rooms ideal for discussion groups or for training in interviewing techniques etc.
- Refreshment/Restroom facilities: our Conference Suite also contains two toilets and a mini kitchen with refreshment facilities.
- Large Parties: It is important to note that there are large reception rooms available for larger discussion groups or presentations and these have a total capacity of over 400 people in very grand surroundings.
- Outdoors: The 1,000 acres of parkland are ideally suited for executive training and team building exercises. There are a variety of these in place and clients may bring their own if they wish.
